Joined AAA Management in 2017 to direct and oversee the construction and improvements of the new multifamily properties, located in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest.
Previously worked across various construction disciplines with successful commercial build outs in the San Diego and Las Vegas markets.
Prior to working with prime trades contractor ISEC, Inc., Chris was General Manager of a glass and glazing company where he oversaw the multimillion-dollar custom glazing addition to the San Diego airport expansion.
Chris holds a general contractor and glass and glazing license in the state of CA and has come from a long lineage of an builders. He holds a degree from Salisbury University as well as a master’s in project management.

Over 10 years of experience in new construction and tenant improvement, commercial general contracting, and construction management.
Previously worked in Preconstruction, Project Engineering, and Project Management with McCarthy Building Co., Sundt Construction Co., Turner Construction Co., and Kitchell Corp. on projects totaling almost $2 billion in value.
Experience within the Aviation, Class-A Office, K-12, Higher Education, and Medical/OSHPD market sectors.
B.S. in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University.
Holds an Associate Constructor Certification from American Institute of Constructors and a Construction Manager in Training Certification from Construction Management Association of America.

Over 10 years of experience in construction and development.
Previously managed all Capital and Tenant Improvements for a commercial portfolio of over 2M square feet.
Previous experience as a mechanical engineer designing HVAC systems for the hospitality sector.

Over 15 years experience concentrated on multi-family design, in both podium and high rise construction.
Expert in unit design, specializing in unit layouts and the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.

Licensed Architect in the State of California.
Previously a Senior Associate, Project Architect at Carrierjohnson + CULTURE.

Over 5 years of real estate experience, Tyler has a diversified background in acquisitions, consulting, asset management, and credit analysis.
BBA in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
Prior to AAA, Tyler provided real estate strategy consulting to top fortune 500 companies at C-Suite level and has managed a portfolio of over $850M for various asset types throughout the West Coast.
Responsibilities include creating all marketing material for raising of funds, supports investor relations, and produces analysis of potential acquisitions to help repurpose or transition properties or land into a multifamily development.
